Once finished you will now go into your File Explorer on your computer. Once in the ppsspp directory you will now clone the submodule. Once finished you will change into the ppssspp directory by typing cd ppsspp
You are now inside of the directory you just created so go ahead and clone the repo Once downloaded open it up and type mkdir programming Once Installed It should look exactly like this You can do this by going to Settings -> Updates and Security -> For Developers. Prerequesities- Xbox One with Developer Mode Activated, Windows 10 PC, Visual Studio 2017 (2015 could work but I tested with and wrote this guide for VS 2017) I won't cover that here there are plenty of tutorials on how to get it. UPDATE: This tutorial still works however I would recommend taking a look at the new tutorial. Before I begin this tutorial I would encourage everyone to only use backups of games which they actually own. Thanks to the wonderful team at PPSSPP for making this UWP Port without your hard work this would not be possible.I've been away from the forums for awhile now. If you ever run into any issues with save states just uninstall and reinstall and it will work fine. To play your backups just load them off a USB thumdrive or external storage device.
